“ She Wore Scarlet Begonias Tucked Into Her Curls…”

Words left unsaid and stories  untold.

Choose to sing their song, so that others may dance to the rhythm of a soul who could not carry on, who left us too young.

“… I knew without asking she was into the blues…”

Give her a chance see if you can jive to her beat. I bet you, you will dance, I bet you’ll sing.

I bet you’ll even fall in love but don’t get too close. This burnt rose has thorns that cut deep.

“ She Wore Scarlet Begonias Tucked Into Her Curls I knew right away she was not like other girls…”

She shined like the sun but a thick fog clogged her vision.

A heart full of love to give but not  worthy to receive even a drop in return.

A gift so pure to share not capable to give.

All she wanted to do was to help save a few souls. But her demons played a mean dance and the evil words abused her beautiful spirit.

“The problem is all inside your head, she said to me

The answer is easy if you take it logically

I’d like to help you in your struggle to be free”

She flys free now, a songbird with a sweat, sweat message of love and understanding. She couldn’t heal on this earth. She has magic within her, she is now safely rooted to our Mother Earth. The sun illuminates her face. She’s never still there is a battle to be fought. She’s always swaying to her own beat, grooving to her own song. Her laugh is loud, her smile lights up the stars. She talks fast but this sister has a lot to say. She demands your attention all eyes in her direction.

“She said it grieves me to see you in such pain

I wish there was something I could do to make you smile again I said,

I appreciate that, then would you please explain about the fifty ways…”

Child of the sun I am honored to sing your song and I will sing it loud.
